About you

Are you an experienced IT recruiter and do you want to use your experience to independently set up and execute recruitment within our organisation? Within adesso you will get the opportunity (together with all your colleagues, because 'hiring is everbody's business') to determine and execute the recruitment approach for all existing and new business units. The challenge is tough, but if you succeed, the satisfaction is enormous!

About adesso

adesso is a well-known and established player in the German IT market, a three-time winner of the Great Place to Work Award, active in ten countries, with approximately 6000 employees and has been active in the Netherlands for more than two years. Currently, about 50 people are employed in the Netherlands and this number will increase significantly in the coming years. adesso Netherlands specialises in Java, Frontend, Data and Microsoft and focuses on both consultancy and projects.

Our goal is to become a major IT player within five years, valued for its quality, expertise and appealing culture where craftsmanship, ownership, pragmatism, freedom and fun are key.

Do you like...

...entrepreneurship? Within adesso, entrepreneurship is not only appreciated, but also encouraged. A good idea is always embraced; and if it turns out not to be such a good idea after all? Quickly move on to the next good idea: 'fail fast - learn fast! Naturally, an entrepreneur is expected to be independent and will receive flexibility in return.
...searching? That's good! But we prefer 'finding'! Here we expect a lot from you: from detailed searching of LinkedIn to organising cool recruitment events, from using our social media to devising and implementing a branding plan.
...networking? Our target group is popular and often approached. It is up to you to be in the right (virtual) place at the right time! Having your own, warm network is obviously a very welcome addition. Making contact with our German colleagues is also one of your networking tasks.
...talk to techies? Our target group likes to be talked to by someone who knows their stuff. Some IT knowledge is therefore very useful.
...build a team? Because growth is so important to us, so is recruitment. The faster we grow, the bigger the team you can build and manage.

What do we offer?

An excellent salary between € 3.000,- and € 4.500,- per month, depending on work experience and education
25 days off + Good Friday and 24 & 31 December
