Technical D365 Consultant

Within adesso Netherlands, as a Technical D365 Consultant, you are involved from the start in the project phase in setting up and managing the D365 environments and technical working methods. Before, during and after the go-live, you and your team support and advise our customers with your knowledge and skills of the platform and the possibilities that come with it. This support consists of handling questions & malfunctions and monitoring alerts.

Based on modern techniques, you build, test, document and innovate active new functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform and you help customers with the digitization of their work. With complex configurations in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and where necessary with code, you support the customer and your team with technical and you ensure customization, including integration with telephony systems, chatbots and social channels.

What you are going to do

You like development and self-development with the latest technologies on and around D365. You act as a sparring partner for our Functional Advisors when drawing up functional designs and think along about the scope of the project. This is the most important thing that you give realistic advice and know how to convert it into achievable goals. You contribute to integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and other systems. You have strong analytical skills and you can work structurally on complex integration issues.

Required skills & knowledge

You are an experienced professional technical D365 Consultant with demonstrable and relevant development and contributing to our ambitious growth targets. As a Technical D365 Consultant within adesso Netherlands you are driven and enthusiastic and you have strong communication and presentation skills. Dutch speaking is necessary
