There are currently about 60 people working in the Netherlands and this number will increase considerably in the coming years.

...searching? We will teach you how to set up smart searches, how to search candidates on LinkedIns and other recruitment platforms, we will teach you that booleans are not edible but make your work easier.
...networking? Our target group is popular and is often approached. As a sourcer you learn to sometimes color just outside the lines, from scouring LinkedIn in detail to organizing cool recruitment events.
...to disobey intelligently? At adesso, thinking outside the box is not only valued, but also encouraged. A good idea is always embraced; And if it turns out not to be such a good idea? Fast forward to the next good idea: 'fail fast – learn fast!'
..going out to investigate? You map out the labor market and target group. You are looking for the needle in a haystack: Where can our specialists be found and how can we bind them to adesso.

What do we offer?

An excellent salary between € 2,300 and € 2,500, depending on work experience and education
25 days off + Good Friday and 24 & 31 December
