Sales Lead SAP Business

Drive SAP business growth and build strategic partnerships

As the Sales Lead SAP Business, you will establish adesso’s SAP presence in the Netherlands, focusing on business development and driving engagement with organizations undergoing SAP transformation projects, particularly around S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitch adesso’s SAP services to potential clients, and contribute to the growth of SAP services in the Dutch market.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the SAP ecosystem, positioning adesso as the leading integration and transformation partner in the Netherlands.
  • Networking: Develop and nurture a strong network of customers and partners, becoming a trusted advisor on SAP-related topics.
  • Strategic Input: Support the development and strategic positioning of our SAP service portfolio, providing insights from the Dutch market, customer feedback, and partner engagements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SAP delivery teams, marketing, and group-wide sales teams to develop pitches, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in SAP-related business development or sales, with a strong network in the Dutch SAP market.
  • Solid understanding of SAP technologies, especially S/4 HANA, and current trends in digital transformation.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and engage with C-level decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and self-starter mentality, with the ability to grow the market independently.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Solution Architect SAP

Design and deliver tailored SAP solutions

As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with clients to design and implement SAP solutions that meet their business needs. Your role will combine strategic thinking with technical expertise, ensuring SAP solutions drive both immediate and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Focused: In exciting innovation projects, you will actively engage with customers from various industries to develop customized SAP transformation strategies, identifying optimization potential and recommending new technologies. You will always keep the application lifecycle in mind.
  • Supporting Project Teams: Work closely with competent project teams, receiving comprehensive support from all levels within the adesso group. Collaborate with both technical and sales colleagues to ensure successful implementation.
  • Business Needs: Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions based on those needs. During implementation, ensure the quality and future viability of the solutions.
  • IT Landscape Analysis: Take responsibility for analyzing client IT landscapes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing compelling solution options.
  • Workshops: Design and facilitate workshops to identify customer and project team requirements, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
  • Presenting Solutions: Confidently present innovative solution options and the identified potential to stakeholders.


What We're Looking For:

  • Process Analysis: Solid experience in capturing, analyzing, and designing business processes.
  • SAP Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the SAP portfolio, especially SAP S/4 HANA solutions. You are familiar with the design, integration, and scaling of hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Architecture Experience: Experience as an enterprise or integration architect, with expert knowledge of SAP business applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
